2003 Amante - Super Tuscan
Our Super Tuscan Style Amante is our proprietary blend of Sangiovese with some
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc added. Enjoy the delicious flavors
of ripe green olive, strawberry, licorice, and blackberry with a spiciness
and hint of dried cherries on the finish. This complex, medium-bodied wine
pairs well with pasta, veal, duck, and beef dishes.
2003 Syrah- Rockcreek Vineyard
Our vineyard designated Syrah has a wonderful smoky aroma and then follows with
flavors of plum, blackberry, vanilla, and herbs. Enjoy the deep purple color,
oak texture, rich flavors, and smooth, round, lingering finish. Our Syrah pairs
well with lamb, beef, duck and goose dishes.
2003 Meritage - Bordeaux Style Red Wine
We always take special pride in producing each year our best Bordeaux blend Meritage.
This is our full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
Deep ruby red in color and elegant in flavors, this wonderful wine provides
flavors such as black cherries and blackberries in the long, round finish.
Enjoy this wine with heavier dishes such as beef, leg of lamb, and braised
veal shank.
2004 Port
This very special Port is a delicious combination of Cabernet Sauvignon
and Zinfandel. Truly a great sipping and after dinner drink, this lovely,
rich Port exudes flavors of tobacco, vanilla, and blackberry while finishing
with plum flavors. Take one sip and you will want more! This wine also
pairs well with most chocolate, cheese cake, and pie desserts.

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a delicious Estate Grown wine. This year’s Cabernet is purple in color and has wonderful flavors of cassis and blackberry, along with a firm oak structure. This rich wine pairs well with red pasta sauces and beef and lamb dishes.

White Wines
2006 Sweet Loretta
A lovely name for a lovely wine. The wine is named after Loretta Falkner, owner with her husband, of Falkner Winery . This is a delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with just enough sweetness to bring out tropical pineapple flavors in the wine. Enjoy just sitting around and sipping this wine as well as pairing it with fruits, salads, and chicken dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc
Our estate grown Sauvignon Blanc is a true taste delight. Tastes of citrus with a little grassiness followed by herbal flavors and a little fig on the finish. This is a great wine for just sipping or pairing with seafood, chicken, and cheeses.
2006 Viognier
This is a delicious, non-oaked, very aromatic wine that has wonderful white grapefruit and peach flavors. This easy drinking, light colored wine is smooth, fruity, crisp, and a great sipping beverage. Try pairing this with seafood, chicken, and cheese dishes.
2006 Riesling
The wine also has a clean and fresh finish. This straw colored wine has a pear aroma and pairs well with various fruits, salads, and chicken dishes.
2006 Chardonnay - Hernandez Vineyard
This is a special Vineyard designated wine with about 50% French oak ageing. You will taste delicious apple, lemon, and licorice flavors that blend beautifully with the oak structure. This light colored wine is fresh tasting, crisp in flavor, and a lingering finish. This wine pairs well with seafood and chicken dishes.
