Award Point Program for Wine Club Members
Wine Club members earn points for all wine and restaurant purchases. Each retail dollar of purchase equals one point regardless of actual price paid (i.e., discounts do not affect points earned). Members will receive points for all wine club shipments, wine purchases at the winery, and meal purchases in the Pinnacle Restaurant. Members will not receive points for online purchases or gift purchases or purchases of Falkner Wine at any retailer or restaurant.
Points will accumulate and can be redeemed for awards. Members will need to complete a “Rewards Program Redemption Request” when desiring an award. The point total of the award will be deducted from their accumulate points going forward. If multiple awards are requested, the total for all awards will be deducted from the point balance.
200 - $20 Gift Card good for purchases of any product at Falkner Winery
350 - Gift Certificate for Lunch for 2 at Pinnacle Restaurant (up to $50)
500 - $100 in wine credits for wine purchases in tasting room
750 - Gift Certificate for Lunch for 4 at Pinnacle Restaurant (up to $150)
1000 - $250 in wine credits for wine purchases in tasting room
OR 4 Gift Certificates for Lunch for 2 at Pinnacle Restaurant (up to $50)
1500 - $500 in wine credits for wine purchases in tasting room
OR 3 Gift Certificates for Lunch for 4 at Pinnacle Restaurant (up to $150)
Members will be provided information on their point balances when they come to the winery if they request. Members will be provided Membership Cards to facilitate their purchases being properly awarded. Points have no cash redemption value and are only of value in redeeming Program Awards. If a Member discontinues their membership or is terminated from the program due to invalid credit card on file, all accumulated point must be redeemed within 30 days. Beyond 30 days from the end of membership suspension, cancellation, or termination, all points will be forfeited and have no future value. Specifically, if a Member has his/her membership suspended, cancelled, or terminated due to non-payment, and then that member rejoins the Wine Club at a later day, all previously earned points will not carry forward and will be lost.
