Surf & Surf Summer Special
Beginning this Thursday and continuing through September The Pinnacle Restaurant will be offering a “Surf & Surf” Special for only $14.99. This is a Thursday Only Special! This wonderful dish consists of fresh sweet soy glazed salmon and seasoned shrimp served with daily-made mango salsa all on a bed of baby mixed greens in a pomegranate dressing tossed with local strawberries, fresh pineapple, mandarin oranges, and served alongside fresh grilled honeydew and cantaloupe melon slices. What a marvelous summer dish this is! Not too heavy for the summer while you dine with us in air conditioned comfort.
Also for July for the carnivores out there is a 12 oz. grilled rib eye steak served every weekend this month for only $25. Along with this beautiful, grilled to perfection steak comes the green peppercorn demi-glace sauce, goat cheese mashed potatoes and grilled balsamic asparagus. This may not be light but it is definitely flavorful and a spectacular value. For those seeking the outdoor Barbeque experience Falkner Winery is offering fresh made BBQ every Sunday through the summer to accompany their Free Jazz on Sundays from noon to 3pm. Relax, sit back and enjoy wonderful Falkner Wine by the glass or Sangria by the carafe while dining on items such as grilled sausages, burgers, ribs, or chicken and listening to saxophonist Jason Weber perform some of his recording hits. No reservations necessary for the jazz or BBQ. Other food items are also available.

Free Jazz on Sundays is Back at Falkner Winery Starting April 11th
Beginning Sunday April 11th Falkner Winery will kick-off their popular entertainment venue called “Free Jazz on Sundays”. The Falkner’s conducted this last year and now, based on popular demand, they are restarting it and will run the jazz through October. Performances will be 3 hours beginning at noon and going until 3:00pm and be held in their outside lawn area adjacent to the tasting room.
As the name indicates, every Sunday afternoon live jazz performances will be available to winery customers at no charge and with no reservations required. Performing will be recording artist and local favorite-saxophonist Jason Weber. Jason’s lively, contemporary jazz saxophone performances have been enjoyed by aficionados throughout Riverside, San Diego, and Orange Counties for years.
Jason began playing saxophone at age 9, has recorded several CD’s including has latest release titled “Five”. Falkner Winery’s lawn area is located on a hilltop that offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills and valley. Chairs and tables will be provided for the audience. Food and wine are available for each performance but cannot be brought on premise. For those seeking a fun and relaxing way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon, Falkner Winery offers the best venue.
Falkner Winery is a premier winery in the Temecula Valley Wine Country.
