The ceremony and reception are designed to reflect the vision of your perfect
wedding day.
The celebration of your new life together will begin with a romantic
stroll down a meandering natural pathway through arbors with climbing
vines and flowers to a blissfully tranquil ceremony space.
Imagine exchanging
vows surrounded by vineyards and painted sunsets. An entryway
with grape stone vases, a Roman fountain, white wood chairs, and a dramatic
open ceremony pavilion will be the focus for the exchange of vows!
After the ceremony, the wedding party is invited to escape to the vineyards for unforgettable photographs of the special event. The new reception facility has a warm European feel with an exterior of stucco, stone, columns, and beautiful wood engraved entry doors.
The indoor reception site is designed with over 80 feet of circular 10 feet high windows facing the mountains, vineyards and sunsets. The glass walls have doors that open to the outdoor attached balcony for guests to enjoy the fragrant wine country air.

Thank you for considering Falkner Winery’s beautiful new indoor reception
facility and ceremony area for your special wedding day. We include a large
number of amenities and conveniences in our fabulous package that are fundamental
in planning your enchanted event.
Falkner Winery Wedding Packages are inclusive of all the following:
- New Inside Reception Facility Air conditioning/heat as necessary
- A Bridal Changing Room
- Indoor Restrooms
- Private Facility with No noise issues
- Meticulously Manicured Ceremony Area
- Ample Parking
- Glass Front /patio with panoramic views

Facility rental commences at 6:00 or earlier in the afternoon and concludes at 11:00 or earlier in the evening. We allow a full 5 hours for the ceremony and reception; plus you can extend the time of your wedding event for an additional fee per hour.
The start time is normally 6:00 but we can discuss the start time that you desire! Our packages grant bride and groom access to the winery for photos an hour before the ceremony; and also include an hour for the ceremony rehearsal which is scheduled with our wedding manager. All wedding vendors are welcome to use the facilities for day-of preliminary set-up purposes (times of arrival are scheduled with the wedding manager).

- We are very flexible and will assist you to custom design your wedding theme
- Included—Sit-down Served Food Package—We Offer a Choice of multiple menu options plus upgrades and custom menus if desired

Sit-Down Served Dinner Reception Package
Falkner Winery’s
chef will prepare your personalized wedding menu. Your guests will begin
their dining experience by choosing from a mountain of appetizers (3) elegantly
displayed in a style that is complementary to your wedding theme; or tray
passed. A personalized dinner menu will be served for you in courses based
on your consultation with the chef. The dinner will be served on china and
flatware. (The wedding food package includes ALL setup and cleanup, wait
staff and service).
Falkner Winery Beverage Package
This Very Special Package Includes
UNLIMITED consumption of the following beverages for the wedding reception:
Unlimited Falkner wine from our wedding wine list (choose 2-4 wines based
on size of group), unlimited domestic beer served in bottles, unlimited
soft drinks served in glassware, and bottled water; our package also includes
a champagne toast. All of the Stemware, glassware, and ice are included
for the reception.
Beverage Package also includes the professionally trained bartender(s)
at the disposal of you and your guests for the reception time period (number
of bartenders based on number of guests).
Falkner Winery also includes The Cake cutting and coffee service
which are compliments of the winery. You just order and have your wedding
cake delivered and setup; and we will do the rest of the plating and service
for you.

Ceremony Setup included in Package:
White Wood chairs will be arranged in a theater style setting, or a custom design for you in the vineyard wedding pad. The chairs will be set to accommodate a view of the romantic sunset providing a breathtaking backdrop for photos. Falkner Winery Also includes a wedding pavillion backdrop for your ceremony focus. A Bridal Changing room is also available for the bridal party one hour prior to the ceremony.
Reception Setup Included in Package:
- Wood high back chairs with upholstery seats will be placed around the reception tables based on your guest count—Chair covers are also available for an additional fee.
- 60-inch round tables (seat 8) will be positioned in your preferred floor layout
for the reception
The tables will be dressed in floor length table linens (white or ivory). - Linen napkins (choice of color) will be artfully displayed and accompanied by stemware and silverware.
- Atop the tables, Falkner provides a tall candle centerpiece; or you can bring in your own.
- We will also set out your wedding favor, and table numbers as desired.
- Your choice of either a 6-foot table for the wedding party, a round table, or a romantic sweetheart table will be setup for the new couple to dine.
- We will set up an appetizer presentation if desired.
- Wedding package also includes set-up of the gift table, and the cake table presentation.
- The dance floor is part of the beautiful wood floor so you have the flexibility to design your layout in the glass front view reception facility.
- The patios are also available for viewing and enjoying the fresh vineyard air throughout the reception timeframe.
- The lighting includes the centerpieces, the beautiful cove lighting which surrounds
the perimeter of the reception area ceiling; the dimmer controlled lighting
in the ceiling; and all the patio and perimeter accent lighting surrounding
the exterior of the building, the patio and parking, and ceremony area.
On-site Wedding Manager Included:
Your special day is carefully organized and attended by one of the Winery’s creative managers. Beginning with the initial consultation, Falkner Winery Management will be available for questions throughout the planning process; and on the day of the event.
