Outdoor Garden Package
Thank you for considering Falkner Winery for your special wedding day.
We include a large number of amenities and conveniences in our fabulous
outdoor package that are fundamental in planning your enchanted event.
Falkner Winery Wedding Packages are inclusive of all the following:

Facility rental commences at 6:00
in the afternoon and concludes at 11:00 in the evening.
We allow a full 5 hours for the ceremony and reception.
The start time is 6:00 but you may start later if desired!
The end time is 11PM based on Riverside County Noise Restrictions.
Our packages grant bride and groom access to the winery for photos an hour before the ceremony; and also include an hour for the ceremony rehearsal which is scheduled with our wedding manager. All wedding vendors are welcome to use the facilities for day-of preliminary set-up purposes (times of arrival are scheduled with the wedding manager). The warehouse-barrel and case storage area is a restricted area not accessible to the wedding party.

The Outdoor Garden Menu)
Falkner’s approved
caterers will prepare your personalized wedding menu. Your guests will begin
their dining experience by choosing from a mountain of appetizers (3) elegantly
displayed in a style that is complementary to your wedding theme. A mouthwatering
buffet (2 entrees, salads and sides, rolls and butter; or specialized cultural
preferences and vegetarian menus) will be set up and served on china and
flatware.
(The wedding food package pricing includes ALL food, setup and cleanup, wait staff and service)
Falkner Winery Beverage Package
This Very Special Package
Includes UNLIMITED consumption of the following beverages for
the wedding reception: Unlimited Falkner wine from our wedding
wine list (choose 2-4 wines based on size of group), unlimited
domestic beer served in bottles, unlimited soft drinks served
in glassware, and bottled water; our package also includes a
champagne toast. All of the Stemware, glassware, and ice are
included for the reception.
Beverage Package also Includes the professionally trained bartender(s) which are available to you and your guests for the reception time period (number of bartenders based on number of guests).
Falkner Winery also includes the Cake cutting, the coffee and coffee table setup which are compliments of the winery. You just order your wedding cake, and have it delivered and placed on the cake barrel. We will setup the coffee station for you with the coffee compliments of us.

Ceremony Setup included in our Wedding Package:
- We offer a rehearsal for you before the wedding day if you desire. This hour must be scheduled with the wedding manager based on her availability.
- The outside lawn will be setup for the ceremony and the reception.
- White Vienna Arch chairs will be arranged in a theater style setting; or a custom design for you on the lawn.
- The chairs will be set to accommodate a view of the romantic sunset providing a breathtaking backdrop for photos.
- Falkner Winery Also includes a wedding arch decorated with grapes and vines
- We also include beautiful 5 foot white silk Wisteria trees to enhance the yard area for your ceremony. These can be placed throughout the yard based on your setup.
- A Bridal Changing room is also included and available for the bridal party one hour prior to the ceremony.
Reception Setup Included in Package:
- We will set the lawn with the reception layout prior to the ceremony.
- White Vienna Arch chairs ( an additional set) will be placed around the reception tables based on your guest count—White wood chairs and other upgrades are available for an additional fee.
- 60-inch round tables (seat 8) will be positioned in the yard for the guests seating
- The tables will be dressed in table linens (white or ivory). Linen napkins (choice of color) will be artfully displayed and accompanied by stemware.
- Atop the tables, Falkner provides elegant
wine-wreath centerpieces with hurricane candles. Tall candelabra
centerpieces, or elegant glass centerpieces are also available
for an additional fee.
We will also set out your wedding favor, and table numbers if desired. - Your choice of either a 6-foot table for the wedding party, a round table, or a romantic sweetheart table will be setup for the new couple to dine.
- We set 6-foot banquet size tables, and 60 inch rounds to display the appetizers, and the buffet reception of mouthwatering entrees and side dishes.
- Wedding package also includes set-up of the gift table with linen, the coffee table with linen, the glass-top cake barrel and the sign-in glass-topped barrel.
- This package also includes the rental and set-up of an oak parquet dance floor (beautifully lit) for dancing the night away—dance floor size is based on number of guests.
Onsite Wedding Manager
Included Your special day is carefully organized and attended by one of the Winery’s creative managers. Beginning with the initial consultation, Falkner Winery Management will be available for questions throughout the planning process and on the day of the event.
