Duck Special

For February our weekend special with be Rack of Lamb. This juice and delicious cut of meat was a large hit when we ran the special last year. Each week will have a different preparation, all equally good. Because February is the month of Valentine’s Day, we will not be offering this special on the 2nd weekend when we are offering our Valentine’s Lunch Special.Each preparation will be the same price of $25 plus tax.

For February 4-5: Grilled “Lollipop” Lamb Rack served with Moroccan style cous cous drizzled with a grape reduction;

For February 18-19: Oven Roasted Lamb Rack served with roasted red potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a peppadew pepper demi-glace;

February 25-26: Lemon, Garlic, and Rosemary marinated Lamb Rack grilled and oven finished with Boursin mashed potatoes, broccolini and a fresh mint pesto.
