Falkners Announce New Executive Chef for Their Pinnacle Restaurant

Executive Chef, Gianni CiciliotHaving won Best Restaurant of 2007-2014 from Inland Empire Magazine, the Pinnacle Restaurant does not stand pat. The Falkners announce their new Executive Chef, Gianni Ciciliot, for their award winning and popular restaurant. The Pinnacle offers great panoramic views, outstanding Mediterranean style food, and high quality service for lunches 7 days a week. Set on a 1,500 foot hilltop, The Pinnacle offers customers great Temecula Wine Country views whether seated in the air conditioned indoors or on the open-air outdoor balcony. The restaurant also serves as an evening wedding and banquet venue.

Chef Gianni started on March 1st and has a great cooking and leadership background at establishments such as Tommy Bahama’s in Newport Beach, Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Yardhouse Restaurant in Irvine, Tutto Mare in La Jolla, and Amici’s and Lugano’s in Costa Mesa. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, Chef Gianni specializes in Mediterranean Cuisine, particularly Italian cuisine. According to co-owner Ray Falkner, “We are excited to have Gianni join us as we strive to become the best eating establishment in the Temecula area”. Chef Gianni will also handle all the catering aspects of the Falkner Winery wedding and banquet business. Beginning in mid-April, he will introduce his new summer menu that shows off his unique cooking skills. Until then Chef Gianni will offer daily lunch specials and will work with his staff to produce a great Champagne Easter Brunch on April 12th.

Falkner Winery is one of the premier wineries in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Since opening in July 2000, the winery has gained distinction in Wine Country for its high quality wines, great dinning at their Pinnacle Restaurant, wine tasting classes, and private venues such as parties and weddings. The tasting room is open daily from 10am to 5pm with tours available on weekends and by appointment. The Pinnacle is open daily from 11:30am to 3:30pm. They are located 5 miles east of I-15 off the Rancho California Road exit then left onto Calle Contento.
