Preparations are as follows:
1/4-1/6: Fresh Grilled Grouper with a fresh roasted corn salsa, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime on a bed of roasted blackened fingerling potatoes
1/11-1/13: : Fresh Grouper seasoned and seared with saffron herbed rice, thinly shaved asparagus salad, grape tomatoes, shaved red onion, sliced olives, and feta cheese
1/18-1/20: Seared Grouper with fresh sliced jalapenos, sauteed asparagus and peanuts, steamed rice and dressed with a soy-ginger sauce
1/25-1/27: Blackened Grouper with a smokey gouda cheese polenta cake, sauteed garlic spinach and a lemon pepper cream sauce
