5/31-6/2: Hanger Steak marinated in garlic and herbs, grilled, and topped with fresh chimichurri along with goat cheese mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus
6/7-6/9: Grilled Hanger Steak with a wild mixed mushroom cream sauce accompanied by roasted fingerlings and broccolini
6/14-6/17: Seasoned and grilled Hanger Steak with a green garlic sauce atop of a saffron rice pilaf and grilled asparagus
6/21-6/23: Grilled Hanger Steak smothered in a Cajun cream sauce, blackened fingerling potatoes, aside of pan fried zucchini
6/81-6/30: Marinated Grilled Hanger Steak with roasted broccolini, garlic Yukon mashed potatoes with an herbed compound butter
