8/2-8/4: Maine Lobster served with Grilled Corn on the cob, Broccolini, and a Garlic butter sauce
8/9-8/11: Charbroiled with Garlic butter, boiled baby potatoes with capers, onions, and parsley. Roasted asparagus and a lemon cream sauce
8/16-8/18: Maine Lobster with grilled asparagus, pork and bison sausage Jambalaya Risotto
8/23-8/25: Maine Lobster with roasted squash, zucchini, and red bell peppers with Cajun mashed potatoes
8/30-9/2: Maine Lobster with Curry roasted cauliflower, madras lentils and a garlic butter
