Preparations are as follows:

2/1-2/3:  Duroc Pork Chop Seasoned and Charbroiled with Rosemary Red Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini and a Peppercorn Cream Sauce

2/8-2/10:  Duroc Pork Chop Seared and Oven Roasted with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Broccolini and a Wild Mix Mushroom Cream Sauce; 

2/15-2/16:  Marinated Duroc Pork Chop Grilled with Whipped Potatoes, Braised Red Cabbage and a Mustard cream Sauce

2/22-2/24:  Grilled Duroc Pork Chop with Jicama Salad, Sautéed Corn and Pasilla Chile, Topped with a Pineapple, Bacon BBQ Sauce
