For the month of August the Pinnacle will be offering a Lobster Fest each weekend. These are 1 ½ pound Maine Lobsters brought in fresh and served whole in the shell at your table. These lobsters are sweet and tasty even though some “work” is required (servers will be there to assist you). Each week this marvelous dish is prepared differently. The special also comes with vegetables and is priced at $49. For the weekend of August 2-4: Maine Lobster served with Grilled Corn on the cob, Broccolini and a Garlic butter sauce; for the weekend of August 9-11: Charbroiled Maine Lobster with Garlic Butter, Boiled Baby Potatoes with Capers, Onions and Parsley also Roasted Asparagus and a Lemon Cream Sauce; for the weekend of August 16-18: Maine Lobster served with grilled asparagus, and Pork and Bison Sausage Jambalaya Risotto; for the weekend of August 23-25: Maine Lobster with Roasted Squash, Zucchini and Red Bell Peppers and Cajun Mash Potatoes; and for the weekend of August 30-September 2: Maine lobster with Curry Roasted Cauliflower, Madras Lentils and Garlic Butter.
